Check Your Balance
Enable customer to check their balance using account number through the MEWASS Android App
Customers can check their account balance and get their statement by installing Mewass customer app on their Android phones. Follow the steps:
- Go to Google Play Store
- Search Mewass App
- Install App
- Open and add your account numbers
- Explore statement and balance tabs.
Water Saving Tips
Tip 1
Store drinking water in a bottle in the refrigerator instead of turning a tap on each time you want to drink water.
Tip 2
Do not leave the tap running when you brush your teeth, shave or wash your hands.
Tip 3
It is far better to shower than to run a bath.
Tip 4
Reduce your shower times by one minute.
Tip 5
Reuse water.
Tip 6
Check toilet regularly for leaks.
Tip 7
Do not put anything down the toilet besides toilet paper.
Tip 8
Do not hose down your driveway or paved areas.
Tip 9
Check regularly for unseen water leaks.

Do not leave taps dripping. Fix leaks immediately and replace leaking washers.

When washing dishes, rinse off in a sink partially filled with water instead of using running water.

Fill your kettle only with amount of water you need.

Vegetable and fruits should be washed in a bowl rather than under a running taps.
