Through the leadership of Her Excellency Governor Bishop Kawira Mwangaza and the Acting Chief Executive Officer of Meru County Urban Water & Sanitation Services Corporation Mr. Patrick Mugendi the Japanese International Corporation Agency (JICA) lead expert in Urban Water Project Supply Mr. Yasuo Kobayashi and the Ministry of Water Sanitation and Irrigation officials paid a visit to MEWASS Water Treatment facility to check on the progress in Non-Revenue Water management. The team also held discussions on the other areas of collaboration towards service delivery
